"They cancelled my homeowners insurance without my consent and didn’t even inform me. I only found out because my mortgage company bought insurance for me and billed me. Of course it’s outside their business hours so there is nothing they can do or tell me except that my insurance was cancelled. I suspect it’s related to me cancelling my auto policy because they doubled my rates in less than 2 years and blamed it on “rising cost of used auto parts”. I cancelled my auto policy and nothing else but they decided to cancel my homeowners policy not even inform me. That is completely unethical behavior especially towards a decade long + family customer who has never missed a payment and has excellent claim history and driving record. The practices of some large businesses these days are so sad. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wish someone could hold them accountable"
